How to Prepare Chilli Chicken with Gravy



Hi Everyone,

Today I will show you the recipe of Chilli Chicken with Gravy. It is a popular Indo-chinese recipe. Small boneless chicken pieces dip into the corn starch batter and fry, then cook with lot of sauces. So let's learn the delicious recipe only on "Soumali's Kitchen". Ingredients:



Marination:

Chicken -300gm, (small & boneless)

Ginger Garlic paste -2tbsp,

Vinegar -2tbsp,

Soya sauce -2tbsp,

Red chilli powder -1tbsp,

Corn starch -4tbsp,

Salt to taste,

Egg -1 piece,



Gravy:

Onion(large) -1 cut into medium pieces,

Capsicum(large) -1 cut into medium pieces,

Ginger Garlic -1tsp chopped,

Green chilli -3 splited,

Vinegar -2tbsp,

Tomato sauce -little more then 1/2 cup,

Soya sauce -2tbsp,

Corn starch & water mixture -2 cup,

Oil for frying -enough,

Oil for gravy -4tbsp,

Salt to taste,



Method:



Marinate the chicken with all the marination ingredients but don't add corn starch at the time of marination. Leave it for 4-5 hours in fridge to get the chicken soft.



Add corn starch to the marinated chicken and mix well and again leave it for 30 mins. Dip fry the marinated chicken for 2-3 mins.



In the same oil add chopped ginger garlic, stir it for a while.



Add onion and capsicum fry them for 3 mins on high flame.



Add tomato sauce and soya sauce mix well.



Add water, when it started boiling put the fried chicken and cook for 5-6 mins on high heat.



Add vinegar and corn starch-water mixture to make the gravy thick.



Cook it for another for a mins.



Serve hot with romali roti or fried rice.

Ingredients:

Rice -  2 cups

Urad dal - 1/2 cup,



Method:

Soak the rice and urad dal separately for overnight.



Grind the rice and urad dal separately with little bit of water and make a smooth past,



Mix them well, keep aside for 3-4 hours in room temperature.



Grease the idli tray and put the batter. Set the trays on the boiled water pan and keep the lid off.



Wait for 7-10 mins to get a perfect idli.



Serve with chutney.

To I have shared the recipe of "Mutton curry". Delicious, tender and soft chunks of lamb meat in Indian style spiced onion tomato gravy. I have prepared the recipe with few basic ingredients and easy steps. Hope you enjoy them and learn something new from this video.

Ingredients:

mutton(lamb/goat) - 500gm,

Onion(large) finely chopped - 3pieces,

Potatoes cut into half - 3pieces,

Tomatoes(large) finely chopped 1piece,

Curd - 1/2 cup,

Fresh coriander leaves & Green chilli - as you need,

Mustard oil - 1/2 cup,



Marination ingredients:

Ginger-Garlic paste - 2tbsp,

Cumin powder - 1tsp,

Coriander powder - 1tsp,

Hot red chilli powder - 1/2tsp,

Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp,

Garam masala powder - 1tsp,

Salt - as per taste,

Mustard oil - 3tbsp,



Method:

Marinate the mutton with all the marination masalas and leave it for 2 hours in refrigerator.



Heat the oil and fry the potatoes for 2 mins.



In the same oil fry onions till light brown.



Add tomatoes and cook until it melt nicely.



Add marinated mutton and cook on high heat for 5 mins.



Add fride potatoes and stir it for a while.



Add curd, cook for another 5 mins.



Shift whole mutton into a pressure cooker.



Add little more salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and green chilli. And wait for two(as you need) whistle.



Serve with hot rice.

Hi Everyone,

It is an authentic Kolhapuri red curry dish made with Chicken and a lots of aromatic spices. So learn this delightful recipe which is very simple and quick to make!





INGREDIENTS :

For kolhapuri masala

2 tsp coriander seeds

2 tsp cumin seeds

5 to 6 tbsp desiccated dry coconut

3 to 4 spicy red chilies

8-10 black peppercorns

Small pc. cinnamon stick

4 t0 5 green cardamom

1 inch cinnemon stick

4-5 cloves





OTHER

2 onion, chopped

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 cup oil

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tomatoes chopped

Handful of coriander leaves

3 green chilli splited

Water as required

Salt as required

400 gms chicken



METHOD :



Fry the onions till light brown.



Add chopped tomatoes and cook until it gets melt nicely.



Add marinated chicken, cook it for 10 mins on medium heat.



Add just 1/2 cup of water to it and cook for 5 mins on medium heat.



Add enough water to boil the chicken properly. Cover it  for 10-15 mins on medium heat.



Add green chilli and coriander leaves to it, turn off the flame.



Serve with roti, paratha, naan.

Hi Everyone,

Learn the recipe of Bengali Doi Patol. Delicious and easy to prepare. Here I have cooked the Potol/Parwal into the thick Curd Gravy with lot of spices. I hope you like this recipe.



INGREDIENTS :



Potol/Parwal - 5-6,

Curd - 1 cup,

Oil - 1/2 cup,

Nigella sativa/Kalonji - 1 tsp,

Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp,

Cumin powder - 1 tsp

Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 & 1/2 tsp,

Green chillies - 2,

Onion paste - 1 medium,

Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Garam masala powder - 1 tsp,



METHOD :



Fry the parwal for 2-3 mins.



Add kalonji in the same oil.



Add onion paste and fry until become brown in colour.



Add ginger garlic paste.



Add all the dry spices to the pan and cook it for 1-2 mins.



Add water and cook it for 2 mins on medium flame.



When oil has started separating from the masala add curd. Mix well.



Add fried parwal, cover and cook it for 2-3 mins on low flame.



Recipe is ready to serve.

Hi Everyone,

Today I will show you a amazing non-veg starter recipe that is Chicken Lollipop.

INGREDIENTS :



Marination

1kg chicken

1 tbsp red chilli sauce

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste



FOR BATTER

Salt to taste

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup corn flour

Pinch of food colour

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Water as required





Sauce

3 tbsp red chilli sauce

1 tbsp soya sauce,

1 tbsp garlic chopped,



1 tsp sesame seeds

1/2 cup spring onions,

Oil for frying



METHOD:



Marinate chicken lollipops with all the marination ingredients for 2 hours.



Prepare the batter with all the batter ingredients semi thick, just like a pancake.



Now dip one by one chicken lollipop into this batter and put into the hot oil.



Deep fry chicken lollipops in oil until done, about 8-10 minutes and drain on paper towels.



In a another pan put some oil and add all the sauce ingredients one by one,



Add chicken lollipops, coat them nicely with the sauce.



Add sesame seeds and spring onions.



Nicely coat with foil.

Hi Everyone,

Learn how to make authentic Palak Paneer recipe - a popular Indian main course prepare with cottage cheese and spinach. It is very delicious and easy to prepare.



INGREDIENTS:



Paneer 200g,

Chopped Onion 1 large,

Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp,

Palak paste 1 & 1/2 cup, boiled and blend,

Curd 1/2 cup/fresh cream also can use 2 tbsp,

Cooking oil 4 tbsp,

Dry red chilli 2,

Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp,

Sugar 1/2 tsp,

Salt to taste,

Cumin powder 1/2 tsp,

Coriander powder 1/2 tsp,

Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp,

Garam masala poder 1/2 tsp,



METHOD:



In the hot oil add cumin seeds and dry red chillies.



Add chopped onions, fry it till light brown.



Add ginger garlic paste and all the dry spices to it.



Add palak paste to it and cook it for a while.



Add water and let it be boil.



Add paneer and cook it for 5 mins on medium heat.



When it become thick then add curd and mix well.



Ready to serve.
